How do I create an icon on my Windows desktop for my shared report?
These instructions apply to Windows OS only.
If someone shared a report link with you via an email message, use this procedure to create a fast-access report link on your desktop. When you want to view the report, double-click the icon and your report will open in real-time, up-to-the-second accurate.
Copy the link from the email message.

Go to your desktop and create a new shortcut.

Paste the link address into the Location field and click the Next button.

Type a report name and click the Finish button.

Double-click the shortcut icon to open your report.
Open the report any time you want to see it - it is real time, always up to the minute accurate.
