How do I add a report Filter?
This article is a continuation of the How do I create a simple report? article which describes how to create this report. This article adds filters to the Advanced Level Dancers - Houston report.

Apply filters to include registrants who are a Houston dancer and purchased the Advanced Level Ticket
The Search Filters window opens
We need to add filters to select ONLY registrants who:
- Declared they are a dancer
- Selected Houston as their preferred city
- Purchased an Advanced Level ticket
We will add 3 filters.
Add filter for "Dancer"
Select the dancer question response.
... continued filter for "Dancer"
Add filter for "Houston"
... continued filter for "Houston"
Add filter for "Advanced Level"
... continued filter for "Advanced Level"
View the Report - filtered to give us what we need
Total registrants have been cut to only 3. These registrants satisfy all 3 of the filters: only Houston, Dancer and Advanced Level.
What can you do with this report?
- You can Edit it
- You can Add or remove filters
- You can Delete it
- You can Copy it and say, change the name and the ticket filter to Seattle and you have a new report for Seattle dancers
- You can Share it - email a link (with or without your comments) to a 3rd party (be mindful of privacy policies) - they can view the report without logging in to your Admin Dashboard
