When registrants go to my registration page, they are asked for a password

Possible reasons:

  1. Event end date has passed
  2. Event maximum capacity has been reached

This is a fix for reason #1:

The current date is AFTER the end date of the event.  How do I change the Event Date?

This is a fix for reason #2:

Your event's maximum capacity has been reached. How do I change the maximum allowed capacity?
