How do I turn on the Group Leader Nav Panel and Group Leader Dashboard?
The Group Leader Nav Panel will only be visible to the Group Leader when they are logged into one of these pages:
- The Group Leader's Registration Page when in Edit mode (not the first time he/she registers)
- The Group Leader's Confirmation Page
- The Group Leader's Payment Page

Group Registration and Banquet Tables are mutually exclusive tools; only one can be used at a time.
Go to the Set Up Groups screen
Turn on the Group Leader Nav Panel
- Scroll down to the Allow Group Leader to Manage Group Members section
- Check the checkbox to turn on the Group Leader's Nav Panel
What does the Group Leader's Nav Panel look like?
The Group Leader's Nav Panel displays on every page into which the Group Leader is logged in. This includes these pages:
- The Group Leader's Registration Page when in Edit mode (not the first time he/she registers)
- The Group Leader's Confirmation Page
- The Group Leader's Payment Page
The Nav Panel will ONLY display when a Group Leader is logged in.
1. This is the Group Leader's Registration page when in Edit mode
The Nav Panel will always be in the lower left corner of the screen on this page. The Group Leader's Nav Panel has these tools:
- Pay for Group - Enter a credit card to pay for all group members
- Group Leader Dashboard - displays the group leader's dashboard
- Add a Group Member - conveneient button to open up a fresh registration page that is already configured for this group's use
- Add a New Group - This is the same as logging out, which will prompt for a new group code

The Nav Panel will always be in the lower left corner of the screen on this page.

What can be done using the Group Leader's Nav Panel?
Remember, the Group Leader's Nav Panel will ONLY display when a Group Leader is logged in. You can accomplish these group member tasks on the Nav Panel:
- Pay For Group - If the Group Leader has been assigned payment duties by the event organizer, he/she can pay for everyone in one transaction
- Group Leader Dashboard - Opens the Group Leader Dashboard
- Add Group Member - Opens a fresh Registration Page with he Group Code and the Registrant Type already selected (if event organizer has turned on "lock group members into the same registrant type;" if not, registrant type will NOT be pre-selected)
- Add New Group - Opens a fresh Landing Page where a new group can be defined and nothing is pre-selected - the Group Leader is logged out
