Where do I find the URL (event link) for my event website?
The Event URL (event link) is the only way that your invitees can reach your registration website. You distribute this Event URL to your attendees via an email invitation (sent via rsvpBOOK or your own email client).
Does your Admin Dashboard have Menus or Buttons?
If Menus, then click the Event URL button.
If Buttons, then the Event URL is displayed prominently near the top of your event's Admin Dashboard
Avoid typing the URL into your marketing materials because typing can introduce typos. Always copy and paste it from the Admin Dashboard.
If you distribute an incorrect URL to your invitees, or change the URL after registrations are underway, the old URL will not work, throwing your invitees the dreaded 404 error message (Page not found).
How do I change the Event URL?
REPEATING: Once you set your event's URL and distribute it to your invitees, DO NOT CHANGE IT. Previous URLs will no longer work, producing the 404 error message. If you absolutely MUST change it, please contact [email protected] for options, if any exist.
