How do I hide the Add New Registrant button?

rsvpBOOK has 2 versions of the Admin Dashboard. Which one do you have?

Hide the Add New Registrant button if you do not want registrants to add another person after they finish their own registration. This is useful:

When you have an invitation only event
When you want each person to register themselves (maybe you have special questions each person must answer)

The Add New Registrant button is not displayed.
