How do I set up Conditional Questions?
We will illustrate setting up conditional questions using an example of a question with 3 possible responses. Upon the selection of each response, a new question(s) will display. In this example, all questions will never be visible at the same time, they will be visible ONLY conditionally.
These are the questions which will be conditionally connected
A conditional question displays additional question(s) when a certain response is chosen. Each response can display any number of additional questions, no limits.
- The display below illustrates the questions that will be conditionally connected in this example
- The display order on this screen is the actual display order on the registration page
- If you reorder questions on this screen, they are reordered, to match, on the registration page (How do I change the display order of questions on the registration page?)
- Insure that you don't have a response display a new question "out of order" - testing prevents this from happening

A note on the display order of Conditional Questions
Be sure your conditional question's display order is correct (How do I change the display order of questions on the registration page?). If you're not careful, you could have additional questions appearing anywhere above or below where they are supposed to display.
Always make sure that all of the conditional questions are grouped together in the display order. Do not have another question inserted within the conditional question group.
