How do I make my event Invitation-Only?

rsvpBOOK has 2 versions of the Admin Dashboard.  Which one do you have?

Click the Make Event Invitation-Only link in the Quick Nav panel.

Turn on the Invitation-Only checkbox

Invitation Only means that a registrant must click into the registration page directly from an Invitation.  

The Invitation must be sent from the rsvpBOOK Email Wizard.  It will not work if you use some other system for sending your invitations.

This feature is not compatibile when Group Registration is on.

How do I test an invitation-only event?

View your event as an Admin - this will bypass the invitation-only requirement.

Send the rsvpBOOK invitation

Invitation Only events MUST use rsvpBOOK's Email Wizard tool to send invitations.  If you use some other email send program, the invitation only mode is broken and will not work.  Please see this document - How do I create and send an Invitation Only invitation?
