You can edit that message.

rsvpBOOK has 2 versions of the Admin Dashboard. Which one do you have?
If Menus, your Event Waitlist Invitation tool is located here ...
If Buttons, your Event Waitlist Invitation tool is located here ...
Click the Email Wizard button on the Admin Dashboard.
Click the Edit Automatic Email Content button
Click the waitlist invitation's Edit button to customize the content.
The waitlist email message opens, ready for your edits ...
