Open the Email Message Template screen
Click the Create New Message Template button on the Email Wizard screen.
Create an Invoice Template
Start with the Payment Due Reminder template.
The resulting emailed balance due invoice arrives
How do I automate the sending of the invoice, say monthly?
You will need to manually "schedule" the invoice to be sent by repeating the click of the Deliver to Registrants button.
ONLY registrants who have a balance due > $ 0.00 will automatically receive an invoice. There is no need to create special reports nor lists - if they owe you money, they are on the list.
