How do I modify the Email Confirmation message?
Does your Admin Dashboard have Menus or Buttons?
Click the Edit Automatic Email Content button
All automatic email messages can be edited.
Select the Email Confirmation message template
You may edit any of these automatic system messages. Note that there is a different email confirmation message that can be sent to the different registrant statuses.
Make your changes to the message
You can customize the default text of the automatic message to fit your needs. Don't forget to use Merge Codes to add additional information to the message (#1 and #2 black numbered dots below).
Be sure to test the message each time you make a change. How do I test?
- Register yourself now if you haven't already done so
- Open the Registrant List
- Click the Email button in the Action column on the left side of the screen
- Select Registrant and click Send
- Your email confirmation will be sent to you momentarily
