How do I manage the "Not Attending" registrant status?
Registrants who click the Decline button are assigned the Not Attending status.
Does your Admin Dashboard have Menus or Buttons?
Edit the settings
When a registrant declines to attend, their status is set to Not Attending. If the registrant has:
- Answered questions in your survey
- Signed up for Sessions
- Purchased tickets,
then you can selectively "release" their selections. The registrant's data IS NOT deleted, only their question responses, session signups and/or ticket purchases have been released.
