Where does the Event Time appear on the registration page?

The Event Time appears on the registration page - Open this document and look for black dot #9 - this document will open in a new window; close it to come back to this page

The Event Time window opens

  1. Set the Start and End event times - click the dropdown menus and form a new time
  2. Hide the Event times - Why would I do this? (see next step)
  3. Set the Event Timezone - the default No Timezone is displayed; click the down arrow to select a different timezone - if you set a timezone, then sessions will "end" at the time governed by the timezone; if no timezone is specified, midnight EST is used
The Event Time window opens

Why would you hide the event time?

If you offer time-driven classes, workshops, and/or sessions at different times, you would hide the Event Time because each class, workshop, session will have their own time. To display an Event Time would be confusing to the registrant because they are signing up for a class at a certain time and NOT the entire event.
